    Interesting… I am always trying to find the best balance. My biggest challenge is coming up with quality content for direct email. It should have enough, but not be overwhelming. I think most emails just a get a few seconds of attention – so it makes it difficult to do a good job.

    Pinterest and Facebook are easier for me.

    I used SCORE when I first opened in 1999 and it was a huge help.
