Cook (or have someone else prepare) a wholesome, healthy meal. The break from thinking bikes, customers, finances, deadlines, etc to create a warm, satisfying meal – doesn’t have to be fancy – is a real treat for me.
Also, I find calling (not emailing) an elderly relative or friend provides a great mental break for me.
